If you request the cancellation of your order after it has shipped, you are responsible for returning the package prior to receiving a refund, including the shipping cost. Requests for cancellations must be made via email to support@anniemak.com . We will then do our best to accommodate your request to cancel shipment after your purchase has been completed. We can not guarantee that we will catch it prior to shipment.
Please note: For orders shipped and then returned, AnnieMak does not refund the cost of shipping to you for your original order, and it will not be reflected in the amount credited back to you.
