Detailed Return Instructions

Please see our Return Policy prior to submitting a return request.

We hope you LOVE our products! But we want you to be 100% satisfied and if our products don't work for you we're happy to take them back within 365 days of your purchase!

To submit a return request please copy your order number (including the # sign) and proceed to the return process page

You will enter your return order number into the proper field as follows:

 

 

 

Next, you'll need to include the email you placed the order with and click on "Start a return."

You will then be taken to a screen that displays all of the items on your order. Click on the item you wish to return. If you are returning more than one, you'll be brought back to this screen once you go through the process with the first item.

 

 

After the item is selected, you'll be given an option to select a reason for the return.  Select the best option that fits your circumstances.  You may be asked further clarifying questions based on the initial option you chose.

 

 

Once you're done selecting the reason, you'll be taken back to the main screen where you can either select another item to return (if applicable) or click the button at the bottom of the screen, "continue with return."

 

 

Once you select "continue with return," you'll be given the option to receive store credit or receive a refund.

 

 

After selecting your option you'll be taken to the final screen where you'll need to agree to our Return Policy Conditions.  After checking that box the "submit return" button will turn pink.  Click on that button.

 

 

You will be given the option to print off the label for your return once you submit the return. If the label doesn't show up right away, please refresh the page. 

You will also receive an email with your RMA#  along with instructions for return.
