Detailed Return Instructions

Please see our Return Policy prior to submitting a return request.

 

To submit a return request please copy your order number (including the # sign) and proceed to the return process page

You will enter your return order number into the proper field as follows:

Next, you'll need to include the email you placed the order with and click on "Lookup"

You will then be taken to a page to verify that you are looking at the correct order to return. Once you've visually confirmed this is the order that you'd like to return click on "Create Request."

 

You will then need to select the product(s) you will be returning, the reason you are returning them and the quantity.

If you have notes you want to add you may do it although it is not mandatory

 

 

Lastly, you'll need to read and accept the Terms of Service before clicking on "Submit Request."

 

 

Once you submit the request you'll see the following page

 

You will then receive an email with your RMA#  along with the instructions for return.
