Damaged Package?

AnnieMak will be happy to re-ship to customers whose packages arrived damaged if Shipping Protection was purchased.

Please reach out to our customer success team (support@anniemak.com) and submit pictures of your damaged package so they can help you further.

If shipping protection was not purchased, you will need to file a claim through the USPS in order to be compensated. Our CS team will help you with any shipping documentation you need to help in the claim process.
